Shipping

LOBEFORM currently ships to eligible addresses shown at checkout. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before dispatch.

Standard tracked shipping to the United States is estimated at 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, holidays, address issues, or other events outside our control.

Shipping rates and any free-shipping threshold are displayed at checkout. Free shipping does not include upgraded delivery services unless stated.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact support@lobeform.com immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.

Tracking details are sent when available. Tracking updates may take several business days to appear. Packages marked delivered should first be checked with household members, neighbors, the building reception, and the carrier. LOBEFORM is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we will assist with reasonable delivery inquiries.

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
