Returns and Refunds

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, pierced jewelry, body jewelry, nose jewelry, earrings, plugs, and tunnels cannot be returned after the sealed packaging has been opened, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Before sending anything back, contact support@lobeform.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted. We will provide return instructions and the approved return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected. Processing times may vary by payment provider.

Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. Order cancellations are not guaranteed once fulfillment has started.
